ICAPS-2008, the Eighteenth International Conference on Automated Planning and Scheduling, will take place in Sydney, Australia on September 14-18, 2008.

ICAPS is the premier forum for exchanging news and research results on theory and applications of intelligent planning and scheduling technology. The conference is part of the ICAPS conference series.

The conference program will consist of pre-conference workshops and tutorials on current research topics, invited talks by leading computer scientists working in the area, presentations of contributed technical papers, as well as system demonstrations. For graduate students the conference includes a doctoral consortium.

Venue

The ICAPS'08 conference will take place, together with the collocated CP'08 and KR'08 conferences, at SMC at 66 Goulburn Street in the middle of the Central Business District of Sydney, within a walking distance from many of Sydney's main sights, shopping and restaurants. See a map of central Sydney. ICAPS registration fee includes attendance to the CP and KR conference talks as well as CP workshops and tutorials.
